The core of any office is the staff. I may have the best training and the latest equipment, but a poor experience before you see me could ruin all this.
The face of any office is the front desk coordinator. This is the first person you make contact with when you call our office and the first person you meet when you arrive at our office. Ours is Geri and she is great.
Geri will assist you with completing your introduction forms and can assist you with any insurance claim. Our office will complete all insurance forms for you so you can file your claim. Payment of any claim will be forwarded directly to you. If you have any questions concerning your policy or benefits, you should talk to your benefits manager or your insurance company.
I have two dental hygienists, Stephenie and Lori. They are well-trained, caring and gentle professionals. They have different approaches to equipment, patient education and clinical care. I believe getting your teeth cleaned is a personal and intimate experience. It is essential that you feel comfortable with your hygienist. A also realize that sometimes people just don't feel comfortable with other people. I think it is important to provide you a choice.
My clinical assistant is Jamie. She is a wonderful, caring team member. She is my right hand and my second sets of eyes. We work together as a team. When Jamie and I perform complicated cases, she will perform many of the supplemental procedures.
I realize any office is a reflection of the leadership at the top. I like to think my office takes a step above; that the people who work together produces a level of care that goes beyond what the sum of our individual efforts would produce.
