Office Philosophy

We are a family practice; we work with both adults and children. We believe the best dentistry is no dentistry at all, so working hard to make sure that we provide the preventive care and support that will help busy adults and their families maintain their dental health and avoid problems that can be costly and painful. We encourage our patients to anticipate potential problems and eliminate the factors we know causes dental disease. Our focus is on helping people become and stay healthy while improving their appearance. Where conditions are not optimal, we focus on restoring health and stability with dentistry that is appearance enhancing.

Office Rules

1. Payment is due at time of service unless prior arrangements are made.
   
   
2. Dental insurance is an agreement between you and your employer. If you choose to wait for your insurance to pay, and it takes more than 60 days, you will be charge interest.
   
   
3. At the completion of your visit we will provide you a completed insurance form with an envelope and stamp. It is your responsibility to mail the form. If you have any questions concerning your claim, you should contact your insurance company.
   
   
4. The first time you cancel an appointment with less than 24-hours notice, or fail to show for an appointment, there is no charge. The second time there is a $50.00 charge. The third time, you are dismissed from the practice.
   
   
5. Any account 90 days past due is turned over for legal actions.
