Emergencies can usually be handled on the same day you call; however you may need to be flexible with the time.
Payment Options
Payment is expected at the time of service. We are flexible with payment plans, if you make prior arrangements.
We accept Cash, Checks, Visa and MasterCard. We are able to process insurance claims electronically. This greatly reduces the time you will need to wait to be reimbursed by your insurance company. It also allows us to track claims so they won't mysteriously be lost by your insurance company.
Cancellations are a part of any dental practice. I understand that people's lives can be very busy and sometimes appointments must be broken. However, since a cancellation could be a time that another patient would have liked to use, we request that you give us 24 hour notice. If you fail to appear or cancel two consecutive appointments without 24 hour notice, you will be billed for the cost of the appointment.
Patients often ask about previous dental records from their prior dentist. These can often be very helpful. If you wish to transfer them to our office, you need to send your previous dentist a letter requesting they be sent to us. We cannot legally request them.
